Diamonds have to start out as coal, and through the process they have to go under pressure and the processes to be cut. So apply this with being critiqued, by all means its constructive criticism. You have to understand there are different ppl such as critics and haters. Critics call you out for the pieces that are missing. Haters just bash because they have nothing better to do and don't see your vision to apply to their life to get on their job. Know the difference and as Eric Thomas would say, "thanks for the cut", and be on your way. Stay hungry, be COOL.
